Deze projecten in Dubai en Abu Dhabi vragen slechts vijf procent om te reserveren. U vergrendelt de lanceringprijs en betaalt de rest in comfortabele termijnen tijdens de bouw, rentevrij. Een laag reserveringsbedrag verandert de prijs van het onroerend goed niet, alleen hoe snel u betaalt.
