Emaar Off Plan Projects in Dubai: Prices, Payment Plans and Handover Dates

The lowest "Prices from" figure on an Emaar project page, among the projects on our register, is AED 1,599,888, at Terra Woods in Expo Living, for one to three bedroom apartments and townhouses. That is the price on Emaar's own Terra Woods page on 26 October 2026. Our register schedules handover for the first quarter of 2030. Some Emaar pages also show a lower, separate "Starting Price" in their key facts. We do not use it.

Our register lists 63 Emaar off plan projects in Dubai with a handover still ahead.

The median entry price across the 61 with a price is AED 2,902,888.

60 of the 63 ask 10 percent on booking.

The largest share, 30 projects, is scheduled to hand over in 2029.

What payment plans are on our register for Emaar projects?

These are the plans recorded on VILA's register as of 26 October 2026. They are not terms published by Emaar, and the Emaar project pages we read show no payment plan. Ask for the current schedule for an available unit.

54 of the 63: 10 percent on booking, 70 percent before handover and 20 percent on handover.

6: 10 percent on booking, 80 percent before handover and 10 percent on handover. These are Address Residences Zabeel, Aeon, Avarra by Palace, Bayview by Address Resorts, Clearpoint and Valo.

2: 20 percent on booking, 60 percent before handover and 20 percent on handover. These are Alva The Valley and Marina Shores.

1: 20 percent on booking and 80 percent on handover. This is Palace Residences Creek Blue.

None of the 63 plans on our register runs past handover.

Questions buyers ask

Are these prices Emaar's own?

Eight of them are: Terra Woods, Golf Vale, Golf Acres, Golf Point, Grove Ridge, Palace Residences Hillside, Marina Shores and Bayview by Address Resorts. For these we use the "prices from" figure on Emaar's own project page, read on 26 October 2026. The rest come from VILA's own project list, not the Dubai Land Department. Prices change as units sell, so ask for the current price of an available unit.

Where does my money go when I pay?

In Dubai, payments for an off plan unit go into an escrow account for that project, under Law No. (8) of 2007 Concerning Escrow Accounts for Real Estate Development in the Emirate of Dubai.

How is my purchase recorded?

Off plan sales in Dubai are recorded in the interim property register, under Law No. (13) of 2008 Regulating the Interim Property Register in the Emirate of Dubai. The buyer receives an Oqood registration.
