A post-handover payment plan lets you keep paying after you receive the keys, sometimes for years. That can mean living in the property, or renting it out, while part of the price is still being paid to the developer interest free. It is one of the strongest financing tools in the UAE market and it exists in a limited set of projects. All of them are below, with plans and prices from our live database.
