The UAE Golden Visa property route requires real estate worth AED 2 million or more, registered with the Dubai Land Department. Since February 2026 an off-plan purchase counts on its full registered value, so the projects below, every one with an entry price of AED 2,000,000 or above on our live register, are the starting point for buyers who want residency alongside the investment. Eligibility is decided by the federal authorities on the applicant's documents, not by the developer or the broker; we help you assemble the file.
